Trackwise Project Manager

A Leading biotechnology company with a major CAPEX biotech investment in Eastern Europe requires a Track wise Project Manager to represent the client on this large scale project and provide vendor oversight, commercial management and stakeholder engagement from FAT stage onwards as Track wise is implemented on a new greenfield facility in line with organisational and regulatory body QA standards and systems and procedures.

The Role  
The successful candidate with work closely with end-users (QA/ Operational staff) and the selected suppliers and system vendors to define and execute the programme of work through the implementation lifecycle from URS (User Requirement Specification)  to deliver a turnkey installation using a preformed template installation. 
Management and delivery of Master data implementation will be a major part of the scope. 
The Project Manager will become the nominated Track wise Super User Throughout the 'go live' phase and provide training and system expertise. 


 Requirements

• Experience in Setting up Electronic Quality/Enterprise management systems either as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator
• The candidate must have project management experience and expertise
• Experience in production Engineering, QC, Quality or production is considered important to understand how the systems will be used by the user
• Some experience of CSV or Enterprise system qualification and validation is required to Oversee the supplier qualification process and interface with the user and the QA function
• The Coordinator must have a high standard of IT literacy and GDP/Data integrity to ensure the adequate management of the project.

The successful candidate must have track record experience in an Enterprise quality systems implementation or upgrade project preference will be given to candidates that have relevant experience with the particular enterprise/quality system (Trackwise)
