New contract role for a UC Administrator for an international client, working remotely to begin with then working at least 3 days from the office in Valencia, Spain once the situation allows it.

As part of an international and very capable team, you will be involved in:

• Deploying and testing Enterprise Skype for Business configurations in multi-location environments with Edge servers, Directors, and hardware load balancers;
• Supporting and deploying Skype for Business Enterprise Voice, Cloud PBX, Cloud Connector Editions, including integration with ancillary systems such as telephony gateways and PBX systems;
• Implementing and managing Microsoft Teams, including Teams Direct Routing
• SIP Protocol;
• G.711 & H.323 Knowledge;
• Network management and troubleshooting tools such as Netmon, Wireshark, TCPDUMP etc.
• Configuration and administration of known VoIP Telephony System (i.e. SONUS, Audiocodes, Avaya, Polycom, Oracle ACME, Asterisk etc.).
• Working a standard week plus oncall / out of hours support

You will need:

• Strong implementation, support and troubleshooting experience in large operational environments of Skype for Business (On-premises and Online) as well as Microsoft Teams.
• Experience in network infrastructure with specialization in IP/PBX, SBCs and VoIP will be a strong advantage.
• Good English language skills

This is an active role and the client will onboard the successful candidate following a single video interview. Obviousy the global situation is in flux currently and we don't know how long remote working will be implemented for, but interested candidates should definitely be prepared to work from Valencia a minimum of three days per week once that becomes possible.
