Boiler Erection Supervisor - Serbia - Contract

We have an exciting opportunity to be working with a leading EPC contractor on a waste treatment and recovery plant project in Serbia.

Our client is seeking a Boiler Erection Supervisor. This role will be reporting into the Project Director, site manager, construction manager, and to the design engineer. You will become a key member of the supervision staff, overseeing the boiler and furnace erection.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the contractors are working according to the priorities defined with the project team, and in accordance with the general program of work.
• Monitor weekly the progress of the main contractor and attend weekly progress meetings.
• Liaise with the quality site manager, to ensure works quality is as per the specification.
• Identify and propose new solutions for any technical issues, and report to the design engineer for approval.
• Complete and manage the client snag list the end of construction snagging list and the hand over to the commissioning team
• Ensure works are completed to a strict schedule and feedback to the client
• Coordinate the works with the other subcontractor on site
• Maintain a master of documentation at site and oversee work to ensure aligns with the latest drawing revision.

 

Quality/Health & Safety

• Follow company quality procedure and feedback to client
• Collate all the quality documentation and all the needed quality certificates from the contractors
• Raise NCR with quality manager when necessary
• Ensure Health and Safety Standards are adhered to
