The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise - International Trade recognise outstanding achievement in UK businesses across three categories: innovation, international trade and sustainable development. It is the UK's highest accolade for business success, with Quanta receiving the award for International Trade.
Princess Royal Training Award
We are extremely proud to have won the Princess Royal Training Award in 2018 (which is backed by City and Guilds) for our training programmes. We were one of 48 companies across the UK and the only recruitment company to receive a Princess Royal Training Award in 2018. The prestigious award honours employers who have created outstanding training and skills development programmes which have resulted in exceptional commercial benefits.
Best Companies
The awards set out to recognise a level of excellence in the workplace - the expertise, consistency, achievements and outstanding contribution that businesses and individuals continually strive for.
Listed as one of 100 Best Companies to Work For, 2018-2023. Rankings are based on employees' answers to an extensive questionnaire and the list recognises firms and organisations who are going the extra mile to make their workplace a thriving environment. Quanta achieved a record place of 10th in 2023.
But that wasn't all for 2023 as we also achieved 3rd place in Recruitment and 6th in the East of England.

In 2023 and 2022 we were proud winners of the SIA's (Staffing Industry Analyst) Best Staffing Firm to Work For in the UK with over 50 employees. Proving we have a team and culture to be proud of.
