C&Q Lead - Biotech - 12-Month Contract 

Our client, a globally recognised pioneer in Biotechnology, are recruiting for the position of a C&Q Lead. A leader in the industry, our client focuses on areas of high unmet medical need and leverages its expertise to stride for solutions. This is your chance to join them on their global mission to better the lives of those effected by disease and illness. 


Responsibilities:
  • Lead CQV activities for instillation of a new Syringe filling line
  • Develop a validation strategy and validation master plan
  • Manage a team of CQV Engineers
  • Oversee the delivery of the validation strategy
  • Provide progress reports and updates
  • Manage vendors and key stakeholders


Requirements:
  • Previous Sterile Fill/finish project experience
  • Previous experience working as a C&Q/CQV Lead
  • Experience managing teams
  • Strong experience with design and construction projects within biopharmaceutical manufacturing
