Service-Description:
EPC-Site commissioning director (Overall- Process)


Main tasks:

- Overall process commissioning coordination and organization on site for (WTE) and (Biomass) 
- Prepare / Update main EPC-overall commissioning site organization documents and tools based on commissioning department mgr. specifications
- Regular checking and claiming of missing commissioning documents to be delivered by sub-contractors (commissioning programs, 4 week-look ahead time schedule, organization diagram, checklists,reports,etc.)
- Regular requesting & pushing of authorities and/or network supplier to achieve operation & commissioning permits (Gas, power, water, District heating) in due time by supporting local partners and PM
- Organizing regular meetings together with client, owner´s engineer, sub-contractors and others in order to ensure an effective commissioning start-up and ensuring milestones
- Reporting MoM´s after each internal & external site meeting and sharing information with SBE management and others
- Responsibility for process site HSE topics during commissioning supported by HSE-managers
- Synchronize and update time schedules of each sub-contractor by support of time scheduler
- Supporting claim manager by defining claim potential from commissioning point of view


Personal skills for services:

- 5-10 years experience in waste to energy commissioning processes in similar leading position
- good English language skills in speaking and writing
- good in organizing and structuring of processes
- team-leading qualities
- resistant against higher stress level
