Contract Manager

Our client has an exciting new project upcoming in Wiltshire for a new build Advanced Thermal Treatment Facility.

We are looking for someone to take on the role of a Contract Manager, on a Permanent basis.

The role ideally is looking for applicants with a similar background, in Contract and operational management, reporting ideally at board level. Knowledge of construction contracts, financial control and process engineering would be advantageous. You will be responsible for formal contractual agreements and other needs of the business as required. You will also ensure the project keeps to budget, and timelines as agreed.

Key responsibilities as Contract Manager will include:

• To provide regular, up to date information on the contract as required, to the board.
• To provide the divisional director with advice and support on all project matters.
• To monitor, manage and report on agreements in place for feedstock supply, grid connection, private wire, CFD, power purchase and Operations and maintenance.
• To liaise with stakeholders, the project team and senior management to provide project progress.
• To ensure the company delivers the key contracted deliverables.
