State of the art new build Biologics facility based in Dublin have a long term contract assignment for an experienced Drawing Officer with Autocad

We are seeking candidates experienced in AutoCAD to work with various departments to co-ordinate the project draughting and carry out the following: 
  • Co-ordinate the day to day project draughting and documentation requirements
  • Manage & administrate Engineering Document Management System and Building Information Model
  • Modify and update all models (3D) and drawings, ensuring they meet the standards
  • Ensure all drawings are stored correctly in electronic format
  • Manage the checking/approvals of all drawings 
  • Maintaining drawing register
  • Collecting drawing from various vendors and storing in an efficient manner
  • Developing and updating document and drawing templates & layouts
  • Production of parts lists for any drawing
  • Supporting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Work Instructions (WI’s)
  • Liaising with various departments
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory GMP, Safety and Environmental requirements.
  • Input data management, including vendor information, surveys and specialist recommendations
Skills Required:
  • Engineering Documentation and drafting using AUTOCAD ideally with Pharma experience
  • Enthusiasm and excellent communication skills

Key Competencies:
  • Competent and a good working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or similar packages for the production of drawings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (word/excel)
  • Engineering Documentation Management & drafting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a cross functional collaborative environment
  • Pharma/Biopharma highly advantageous
