Are you an experienced H&S professional looking for your next contract? We have a fantastic opportunity for an H&S Coordinator to join our client – a global construction organisation specialising supporting multiple renewable energy projects. Specialising in the full execution of EPC and turnkey projects, this organisation are making a name for themselves in the energy field and there could not be a better time to join them.
H&S Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support with the Head of H&S, for the monitoring of actions contemplated in the implemented Health and Safety Management System.
- Support in the establishment of the documentary control system on site.
- Carry out safety inspections on site and management of work permits.
- Implement local and client regulations and regulations in the management of the Project.
- Evaluate working conditions, proposing preventive measures and corrective actions appropriate to the identified risks, and monitoring them.
- Collaborate in the preparation and implementation of plans, procedures and instructions in terms of Health and Safety.
- Supervise work conditions control activities, based on the Health and Safety Plan and the procedures implemented, reporting the results to the affected departments.
- Professional qualification in H&S to work in Ireland.
- NEBOSH certificate, level 3 certification.
- 3 + years’ experience developing functions as H&S Advisor in EPC projects in Ireland/UK.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety management systems, valuable experience with ISO 45001.
- Experience in coordinating preventive activities with contractors.
- Training skills, valuable experience.
- Manage office tools in Microsoft Windows environment: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI
- Capacity for organisation and teamwork
