Quanta are partnered with a leading organisation supporting their growing offshore wind service and maintenance business, within the Grimsby area. Due to a significant pipeline of projects they require a Team Lead/Project Manager to take overall responsibility for Project Management of all service and maintenance related work scopes including team management, budget control and technical project management. 


This opportunity offers a 12-15 month contract, and requires :
  • Overall Project and performance management of the Service and Modifiation staff in the wind sector, UK
  • Project Manager for O&M service projects, including direct client contact and responsible for major client clarifications
  • Reposible for finance, productivity and quality
  • Responsible for compiling and quoting all RFQ’s
  • Ability to give technical guidance to others as required
  • Direct QA responsibility locally but work with the wider QA department in the UK and DK
  • Develop existing client base, in terms of direct contacts and also the Company’s product range
  • Mentoring of staff of all levels within the Company, through training and development
  • Working with the Director to ensure all Training and Development requirements are met
  • Review all outgoing quotes above Engineer level prior to submission. 
  • Performance Management of productivity and finance
  • Must work in line with the Company’s Quality Assurance Procedures
  • Must work in line with the Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and policies at all times
  • Ensure highest levels of client service delivery at all times
