Head of PV Technology - Permanent - Denmark

My global Pharmaceutical client based in Denmark is now looking for a Head of PV Technology to join their growing team of other PV professionals.  

We are looking for experienced candidates that will be able to lead, support, motivate and develop your team of four PV/technical specialists and maintain and develop our client's safety database including keeping it compliant at all times.

Other duties will include but not limited to are:

• Ensure compliant electronic safety reporting to regulatory agencies
• Maintain and develop data retrieval and signal detection
• Develop strategic plans and guidelines for optimisation and development projects/initiatives
• Monitor, assess and implement new regulatory standards, data models and technologies

 
We are looking for candidates with strong leadership and people skills. You must be able to build a high performance culture of motivated team members and build relations to a wide number of stakeholders across the global organisation. Related to this, you must be good at communicating complex knowledge to an audience without your understanding of the (PV/technology) subject at hand. 

• Substantial experience from working in a GxP environment and in pharmacovigilance
• Solid track record from successful project implementation within GAMP/computer system validation
• Leadership experience – maybe acquired via project management tasks
• Preferably a university degree in life science
