Permanent role focusing on the delivery and operation of all IT infrastructure services for a non-profit organisation, starting in May 2020 following a two stage interview process. Working from home initially then from the office when possible. 

You will:
  • Develop, deliver and continually improve on the organisation’s infrastructure strategy in support of current and future business needs.
  • Deliver IT Infrastructure projects successfully, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales, scope and budget.
  • Support Portfolio projects with solution design expertise and delivery of infrastructure services where required.
  • Be responsible for information security standards and technical controls to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of services.
  • Maintain services to meet agreed availability and performance targets.
  • Maintain the IT Security Policies in collaboration with internal IT teams
  • Ensure infrastructure and data centres conform to agreed security and compliance policies

You will have:

  • ITIL, MCSE and related certifications
  • Experience managing a team of infrastructure professionals
  • Information security background, with experience of implementing ISO 27001 or equivalent
  • Proven experience with Infrastructure strategy, design and decision making
  • Experience with virtual infrastructure on public cloud (AWS / Azure)
  • Good experience in Office 365 including Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, Skype and Email
