Instrument Engineer, Biotechnology Company, Nottinghamshire

In this role you will be responsible for the engineering maintenance activities to ensure the 27/7 manufacturing facility runs on schedule and to the defined standards. You will be involved in project support on small engineering projects and the provision of out of hours emergency call-out support Rota. The rota will be determined once an induction period has been completed. The position will allow you to gain involvement to upcoming site expansions also.

You will have the following experience/qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience with a process-oriented industrial environment, ideally in pharma or food
• Familiarity with standard industrial electrical LV infrastructure, process instrumentation and analytical measurement typically pH, DOT and Conductivity
• Siemens PLC and BMS systems with be a distinct advantage
• Knowledge or experience of cGMP change control and process improvement
