I am currently recruiting for a Lead Building Services Engineer to work for our client based in the Paris area on their Cell and Gene Therapy project on an initial 12-month contract basis.
  • Complete replacement of the HVAC system for MS&T Lab
  • Adjustment of the HVAC installation due to Gowning Changes
  • Installation of new HVAC for loading and storage area
  • Modify HVAC for Banking, picking, logistics area rearrangement
  • Fit Out of New Guardhouse for utilities, HVAC etc
  • Requalification of Manufacturing and supporting function HVAC control and Room Monitoring Systems
  • Segregate the existing site Compressed air system between LFB / CFC and Install new Compressed air generation system
  • Segregate the existing chilled water system and install new chiller
  • Modify / New installation of clean utility piping in manufacturing building
  • Segregation the existing chilled water system and install new chiller
  • Migrate the existing HVAC control system onto a new automation system
  • Upgrade the boiler control systems
  • Balancing existing CO2 and N2 Networks
  • Install new drainage to rainwater retention basin
  • New chilled water and hot water generation and distribution in Office Building
  • New Chiller installation in Office Building
  • Support set up of new environmental monitoring Lab in Office Building (Existing Lab will be exited by LFB)
  • Support upgrade and rearrangement of the office building layout

Skills:
  • Cell and Gene Therapy experience would be highly desirable
  • French language skills would be beneficial but not essential
