With global demand for their life-changing oncology treatment increasing; one of our global pharmaceutical clients is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team to support a €500 million expansion project in Leinster.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a state-of-the art fill-finish facility and the company’s first stand-alone vaccine and biologics plant outside the US.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for the execution of the production maintenance programs.
- Point of contact to troubleshoot equipment problems, identify need for new equipment and/or modifications to existing equipment to optimise throughput and reduce process cycle times
- Reduce maintenance costs and improve the overall equipment effectiveness by driving Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in maintenance engineer / engineering role within a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent; ideally in a related Science, Engineering or other Technical discipline
- Understanding of mechanical/electrical/pneumatic processes.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining process instrumentation and equipment
