Managed Access Programme Manager – Pharmacovigilance – Permanent – Surrey

Managed Access Programme Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of objectives for key accounts, interacting with clients at a senior level.
  • Develop and deliver excellent levels of client relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through structured and organised program delivery.
  • Lead client meetings around scope and set-up of new programs, including mapping program timelines and developing in-depth project plans for program launch.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered in line with program scope.
  • Deliver program specific KPIs, including budgetary targets, as well as account relationship development objectives as agreed with senior management.
  • Contribute to business growth and profitability targets by identifying scope enhancements from existing programs and new business opportunities through client engagement activities.
About you:
  • Degree, with preference from the Science or Business background.
  • Strong financial acumen, with an ability to demonstrate commercial awareness, including negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role with a need to manage relationships with key accounts.
  • History of success in utilising project management skills.
