Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the head of WTG procurement, ensuring the stakeholder demands and requirements are achieved in line with the developer’s standards
- Manage and maintain the operational sourcing process (including demand/market analysis, RFI, RFPs, Negotiations, Contracting and Supplier Implementation) in close collaboration with key stakeholders adhering to developer’s policy and process requirements
- Drive TCO and LCOE optimization and contribute to product/service rationalization through cost reduction and risk mitigation
- Control supply risk and take appropriate corrective actions
- Identifying and meet budget targets set for the specific category through appropriate levers including costing techniques
- Where applicable, provide guidance and support to the stakeholders with any contract implementation, contract management or supplier-related issue
- Manage purchase orders, variations orders, invoice work-flow and documentation in SAP
- Relevant academic degree (University or equivalent) or similar education/apprenticeship
- Experience in drafting, negotiating and contract management of high value and high-risk construction contracts (experience with FIDI or similar contract templates is preferred).
- Experience in procurement/contract management roles where applying efficient procurement processes, structures, and analytical tools
- Stakeholder Management
- Ability to translate requirements into procurement specifications
- Detailed understanding of risk and interface management.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
- A demonstrable working knowledge analytical and communication skills combined with a structured and independent working style
- Proven strong team player
- Experience with Procurement e-tools: SRM, eSourcing and eAuction and a knowledge of MS Office programmes and SAP
