Role description:
The Quality Controller (QC) for Installation Works (IW) is responsible for checking the work of the installation teams, from goods receiving of the individual components on the construction site up to the finalisation of installation works and handover to the Service Centre. Such quality control is done according to the general ITP for installation works and ends with the coordination of takeover of the IW from the installation team.
The post holder is the “eye” on the construction site to be a valuable partner for the Supervisor Installation Works (SV IW) and Construction Manager (CM) pointing out unusual proceedings which might lead to delays, quality or safety issues.
The role requires a very organised and proactive approach, combined with a strong attention to detail, high level of initiative, and ability to multi-task.
Certifications / qualifications:
- 2-3 years technical work experience
- First hand experience in the Onshore Wind Industry
- Willingness to travel
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- First Aid certification and asset
- EU Class B driving licence
