Reliability Engineer

Reliability Engineer required by a world Leading pharmaceutical company based in Ireland.

 Working at their well-established tabletting facility, the Reliability Engineer will be responsible for equipment  maintenance and Engineering strategies across a high speed packaging operation.

 Working in conjunction with the plant Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for completing a GAP analysis on existing reliability strategies, FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) on packaging equipment and defining the  Planned preventative Maintenance strategy on site.

 

• Degree/ Apprenticeship Qualified
• Experience of operational high-speed packaging or filling facilities. 
• Proven background in defining and implementing reliability strategies
• Strong understanding of data analytics (CMMS data)
• Experience with FMEA (Failure mode effects analysis) and RCA (Route Cause Analysis)
