SCADA SCS Engineer - Offshore Wind - Copenhagen, Denmark - 12+ months 

Do you want to work with a world leader in offshore wind? This opportunity is currently available to a SCADA SCS Engineer to join our client’s newest project based in Copenhagen. They are a long-standing market leader in the industry owning and developing projects across all major and emerging offshore wind markets, offering fantastic career opportunities for all contractors who join.

Responsibilities:
  • Join us in this role where you’ll be working with business continuity and technical recovery plans for SCS systems in our existing windfarms in operation.
  • Your tasks include working with SCS systems and how those interacts with backup and restore of all technical systems in a wind farm in case of cyber attacks or malfunction of subcomponents.
  • You’ll be part of the SCADA & Communication team where you, together with your colleagues, will specify and drive the SCADA system, from design to final implementation.

Requirements:
  • handling reporting in an agile development setup
  • managing all project related activities required for the SCS delivery
  • ensuring that the correct cyber security level is implemented in the SCS systems to fulfil country specific and global company requirements
  • manage and define data interface between SCS systems in the project and Ørsted's backend services
  • It’s preferable if you are location around or close to our offices in Copenhagen since you are expected to be working at the office.
