Site Capital Lead

Our client, One of the world’s largest pharmaceutical organisations is responsible for developing and  manufacturing madicines and vaccines for a wide range of medical disciplines. They have been responsible for the development of many blockbuster drugs in both the USA and the EU and have a presence in the USA, EU and Asia-Pacific.

With continued organisational growth and a considerable amount of investment across the portfolio and capital programme.

They are seeking the expertise of a Site Lead to head up their CAPEX teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this Site Capital Lead role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Management of all capital projects against Safety, Cost, Quality and Schedule commitments, delivering standalone capital projects
• Development, reporting and management of the Site Capital Budget
• Provide the direct leadership and technical guidance on individual projects
• Manage third-party contractors and outsourced partners to ensure the optimal delivery of projects.
• Drive performance objectives as part of the Engineering and EHS Leadership team

Desirable Experience:

• Extensive experience of leading large (€50MM+) Capital Projects
• Technical qualification in Engineering
• Experience working on biopharmaceutical projects
• Experience of sterile/biotech equipment with the pharma industry
• Knowledge of GMP and environmental regulatory requirements
• Demonstrable Leadership and Communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
