Site Secretary - Energy from Waste - Irvine, Scotland - 12-Month Contract 

Are you a Site Secretary looking for your next contract? Quanta may have the position for you. Our client develops and implement highly efficient solutions for thermal utilisation and have a strong portfolio of successfully delivered customised turnkey energy from waste plants across the globe. They are looking for a Site Secretary to come on board and join their current Irvine based project.


Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Assisting the Site Manager with daily activities across site
  • Monitoring and reporting of Project status
  • Reviewing Method Statements
  • Maintaining highest standards of QA/QC and HSE
  • Reporting of construction progress against the contract programme, including any commercial issues
  • Maintaining appropriate Project documentation, including the Risk and Opportunities register, Timesheets, Insurance issues
  • Claim management in coordination with the Commercial Project Management
  • Sitting in during internal project meetings
  • Liaising with on-site staff, subcontractors and the head office
