Subsea Pipeline Engineering Manager

Are you a Subsea Pipeline Engineer looking for a new challenge? Quanta are partnering with an international Consultancy who are seeking someone for an international project on a long-term contract.

You will be a critical factor in ensuring the Detailed Design scope of works is successfully delivered on behalf of the end client; an Oil and Gas operator. As a Subsea Pipeline Engineer you will possess experience managing Detailed Design work scopes and sufficient gravitas to manage all relevant stakeholders; internal, third party partners and end client interface.

The right candidate will be internationally mobile and happy to work in the Americas and possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Subsea Pipeline Engineering.

Responsibilities could include:

• Providing specialist skills in key areas of subsea pipeline engineering, including design codes, legislative requirements and current good engineering practice
• Produce and check deliverables, including design calculations, procedures, analyses and progress reports
• Coordinate pipeline engineering support to the execution of the project in line with defined budget and schedule
• Managing the key interfaces: third party consultancy partners, end client Oil and Gas operator to ensure standards are adhered to and expectations of client exceeded and suitably managed
• All relevant reporting as required
• Strong experience of relevant industry approved software; AutoPIPE, AGA etc. industry approved software or ABAQUS for advanced pipeline design and analysis
