Veterinary Support Advisor – 11 month Contract – Pharmaceuticals – UK

Our Partner in the UK develop and supply a range of innovative medicines at its manufacturing and R&D facilities. They are searching for a Veterinary Support Advisor to work on an 11 month contract at their Buckinghamshire facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this Veterinary Support Advisor role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • As an Animal Health Veterinary Advisor, be responsible for our customer’s perception of the technical team as the experts in the market areas in which we participate
  • To service any small animal technical queries or complaints in order that the Company may provide a high quality, professional veterinary sales support for its products.
  • Manage technical enquiries that are forwarded from the team in a timely manner and to their resolution
  • Maintain a close working relationship with the Pharmacovigilance team.
  • Support the Team lead to update and maintain the Knowledgebase information sharing site
  • Be responsible for remaining compliant with the NOAH code as well as pharmacovigilance requirements.  
Requirements as a Veterinary Support Analyst:
  • A UK-recognised veterinary degree and MRCVS
  • Minimum 3 years of working within UK Companion Animal First Opinion Practice
  • The ability to communicate technical training in a relevant, effective and engaging format to varied audience members
  • Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written – fluency in English a requirement.
  • Persuasive and able to successfully influence others.
