The Quanta team has another reason to celebrate, after receiving 2 Star Accreditation from Best Companies for our outstanding commitment to workforce engagement.

The Best Companies Accreditation recognises employee engagement, scoring companies on a range of factors through a survey completed by every member of the team. 2 Star Accreditation is Best Companies’ second-highest standard of workplace engagement and is a significant achievement for Quanta in our first year of entry.

Quanta scored positively on all 8 workplace factors in the Best Companies’ ‘B Heard’ survey and we received particularly high scores for ‘my company’, ‘leadership’, ‘my team’ and ‘giving something back’. This demonstrates the commitment we make to employee engagement and development; building our vision and values as a team and taking the time to recognise and enjoy success together.

Commenting on the Accreditation, CEO Stephen Trigg said: “To be awarded a 2 Star Accreditation for our first application to Best Companies is an amazing achievement and testament to the fantastic culture that exists within Quanta”

Jonathan Austin, CEO & Founder of Best Companies said: “I would like to congratulate Quanta on their outstanding achievement. Our role at Best Companies is to support and encourage organisations to be great workplaces for their employees. An engaged workforce means happier, healthier, more productive and committed employees, which is clearly good news for all. We are delighted to recognise Quanta by awarding them 2 Star status in our Accreditation standard.”

We’re always looking for great people to join the Quanta team. If you want to find out more about working at Quanta and our current opportunities please get in touch today
