We are extremely pleased to announce that five colleagues have been promoted into the newly-created roles of Associate Director.

Quanta’s promotional system was created in 2009, with a key end objective to create a pathway to directorship.

The Board recognise the importance of having a robust, experienced and diverse leadership team to ensure we can achieve our ambitious growth plans. To support this, in 2017 they spent six months creating ‘Pathway to Associate Directorship’, an 8-month promotional programme.

The programme has been designed to coach, train, challenge and prepare colleagues for the next step in their career, ensuring that there are opportunities to progress throughout the business, whilst safeguarding Quanta’s values as the organisation grows.

The colleagues below were invited to participate in the Pathway to Associate Directorship programme in early 2018 and have been promoted into the following roles:

These promotions continue to demonstrate the success of Quanta’s commitment to learning and development, supporting colleagues throughout the business in achieving their ambitions. This year we were the only recruiter recognised in the Princess Royal Training Awards for our Fast Track training programmes – a fantastic achievement for the team.

Here’s more from our Directors:

“Quanta are very fortunate to have developed a diverse leadership team, who together will continue to grow our business over the next period. These promotions are all thoroughly deserved, and all five individuals should be incredibly proud of their contributions to Quanta in 2018 and previously.”

“A massive congratulations to my colleagues who have been promoted! One of our core values at Quanta is “Invest in Our Future”; the pathway was an intense 8-month programme and developed to challenge them - I’m so pleased for them all. Life changing…opportunities!”
