We are delighted to announce that Quanta has been awarded 3 Star Best Companies accreditation and recognised as one of The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For in 2018.

The 100 Best Small Companies to Work For list was announced at the Best Companies’ annual awards celebration, held at Battersea Evolution on Wednesday 21st February 2018. We were extremely pleased to have been placed in 65th position, an excellent achievement for the first year we were featured in the list.

The Best Companies accreditation programme recognises workplace engagement through an extensive employee survey. The 3 Star accreditation is the highest level available and recognises organisations with an ‘extraordinary’ commitment to employee engagement. Quanta scored positively on all 8 workplace factors in the survey, with particularly high scores for ‘leadership’, ‘my manager’, ‘personal growth’ and ‘my company’.

Having received 2 Star accreditation in their first year of entry in 2017, this is a fantastic achievement for Quanta, reflecting their ongoing commitment to employee engagement.

Stephen Trigg, CEO & Founder of Quanta Consultancy Services said:

“Creating an environment that creates opportunity, success and wellbeing has long been a goal of the company.  It is particularly rewarding to receive this award in recognition of our achievements in this respect”

Best Companies said:

“A 3 Star accreditation is our highest standard of workplace engagement, representing organisations that truly excel. Accreditation tells your clients, partners, investors and employees that your organisation understands the importance of workplace engagement and genuinely values its people.”
