Katarina celebrates her 10th anniversary at Quanta

Katarina joined the Quanta team in 2011, starting as a Delivery Executive. She has now reached her 10th anniversary with us - an amazing milestone that we’re proud to be celebrating with her. We spoke to Katarina, and some of her colleagues to hear about her time with Quanta and how she has contributed to the team.

Why did you join Quanta?

I joined the company straight after I finished my university degree. I came across Quanta on my job search, and I was lucky enough to secure an interview. As I learnt about the company, I really liked everything that I heard - the culture, the Delivery Executive position and the markets Quanta specialised in. The pharmaceutical market was particularly appealing to me because I saw there was a chance to make a difference.

What has kept you working with the company for so many years?

I would say the people I work with - we have a really relaxed and friendly work environment. There are lots of opportunities to learn new skills and develop. For example, I started as a Delivery Executive, and I really enjoy this role, so I didn’t want my development to change that. So Quanta has been supportive of me taking on more responsibility, and I’ve now been promoted to Delivery Executive 5.

Also, a healthy work-life balance is encouraged at Quanta , and this is really important to me because I’m a mum. I have supportive and understanding managers who have been flexible throughout the years when I’ve had to pick up my daughter, for example. And, the work itself is exciting.
