Quanta’s journey to the US
With over 30 years of global recruitment experience, and payroll compliant solutions across 30 countries, the focus on developing a strong US presence has been a key goal embedded in the company’s growth strategy since 2012.
The States have always been a huge destination for us, and over the years we have built significant client relationships in the country and staffed some of the biggest Life Sciences greenfield and brownfield new-build programmes across their full capital project lifecycles. Over the past year we have worked tirelessly to locate an office, ascertain a team and continue incubating our business in the country. Our launch today is an incredibly proud moment for the entire business!
International Quanta
This is Quanta’s fifth international office, joining their UK headquarters in Berkhamsted and further offices in Dublin, Rotterdam and Boston.
The Research Triangle Park sits at the heart of the East Coast Life Science’s scene and possess' a fantastic opportunity for Quanta to establish our brand amongst the burgeoning market. There could not be a better, more opportunistic space for us, and we look forward to growing our business from the centre of America’s hub for biopharmaceutical and cell and gene therapy innovation and manufacturing.
The US Team
Headed up by two members of the UK Quanta team that have relocated over to the USA (with more to follow), we have ambitious plans to grow the team to well over 10 members by the end of the year. What is imperative is that our ‘one team’ ethos will still very much remain no matter how many miles separate our colleagues.
Adam Chaumeton (Country Manager – US), Annabel Nangle (Principal Consultant) and Mark Chaumeton (Principal Consultant) have been leading business in the US over the past years and are embarking on their own American journeys. They will be missed around our Berkhamsted headquarters, but we wish them every success (and thank goodness for Teams!)
The future
Incredibly exciting times lay ahead not just for the Life Sciences team (check out our Life Sciences jobs here), but all of our industries.
