Administration Assistant – Pharmaceuticals – 12 Month Contract – Illinois

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Administration Assistant to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project. Based in Illinois, this is a major greenfield capital project and $2bn investment. The manufacturing campus will include 12 buildings totalling more than 1.6m square feet.

Administration Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Create product reports and gather data 
  • Write up meeting notes
  • Help put together presentations
About you:
  • Capital project experience (beneficial)
  • Perform well under pressure
  • IT savvy, good with MS Projects, PowerPoint, Sharepoint
