Our global engineering client are looking for an Automation Engineer – 800xA to support their portfolio of projects in Denmark. This is an exciting time of investment with programs in excess of $2 billion and a portfolio of projects due to run for the next 5 years. This role will be supporting three new manufacturing facilities, and a facility expansion project. Automation Engineer Requirements:
- Pharma process knowledge within fermentation, purification, Upstream and Downstream
- S.88 knowledge
- GMP, Good Manufacturing Practice
- GDP, Good Document Practice
- Batch knowledge Pharma industry
- 2-4 years Design (Functions Specification) within Pharma processes
- Knowledge of PCdeviceLib and PCequipmentLib from ABB 800xA
- 2-4 years documented Testing FAT & SAT
- 2-4 years documented Commissioning
- 2-4 years documented Doc.work: Protocols, Test plans, Test references
- Qualification and Validation activities
- Min. 2-4 years documented 800xA DCS programming experience
- Min. 2-4 years documented 800xA Batch Management experience
