BMS Lead - Life Science - Copenhagen, Denmark - 12-Month Contract

An exciting project there is lots of opportunity to learn new technology and develop current skills within a fast paced €1 billion project. This fantastic client offers the opportunity to work within a large-scale environment with cutting edge technology.


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for timely execution of the BMS and EMS systems package
  • Responsible for assuring the timely delivery of the BMS and EMS systems through the Engineering company and the execution company
  • Responsible for commenting on changes for the BMS/EMS package
  • Responsible for assuring scope clarity for the contractor
  • Continuously follow-up on design progress with contractors according to the schedule
  • Participating in interdisciplinary meetings, following is examples:
    • Meetings with designers/engineers
    • Meetings with Site SME’s
    • Meetings with WPO’s and leads
  • Participation in review process and follow-up
  • Coordination within Electrical work package, between Building work packages and with IT and automation package and other packages where relevant

Requirements:
  • Experienced Project Manager with a background in BMS engineering preferred or electrical engineering
  • Preferred starting point/background in Biotech/Pharma industry and/or production facilities including GMP rooms
  • +15 years of experience in larger and complex building projects
  • Knowledge of Danish and international legislation
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Danish
