Capital Project Manager - Pharma - Limerick - 24-Months+ 

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the stunning surroundings of a Capital Project Manager. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Capital Project Manager with to join their team.


Responsibilities and Requirements: 
  • Lead and manage capital projects consisting of contracted professionals to safely achieve project objectives from front end design through operational qualification.  The objectives for projects include: safety/environmental compliance and continuous improvement, relentless pursuit of value improvements via cost or schedule enhancements at all delivery stages, fulfilment of project business objectives in the form of capability delivered with adherence to quality objectives.
  • The capacity to achieve results through people.
  • Facilitate issue resolution, anticipate scope changes, and implement safely with quality, speed and value.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to influence personnel and organisations without having direct administrative responsibility for them.
  • Influence on and understanding of the external environment in order to understand comparative value and possible risks.
  • Capital Expenditure between €5-50 Million.
