Responsibilities:
- Within the role as Construction Site Manager you have 3 major domains:
- Coordinating site manager with a focus on safety, quality & communication
- support during the design process.
- assisting in the follow-up & management of smaller repairs and maintenance works
- As a coordinating site manager for construction investment projects:
- You think along with the executor and guide him where necessary to ensure that the site is completed safely expired. You are responsible for, among other things, organising and attending start-up work meetings, toolboxes, consultation with the prevention service, etc.
- Plan and coordinate various contractors for construction works, and check the quality delivered in accordance with the specifications, implementation plans and the client's standards;
- Organise and lead consultations with the various stakeholders, prepare the site report and ensure the follow-up of all outstanding action points;
Requirements:
- You have experience in the field of follow-up and implementation of construction works or site activities;
- You have a strong focus on safety and are familiar with safety standards within the industry (experience working at a seveso company is a plus) and legislation;
- Skills with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, OneNote, MS Project) are a must; knowledge of SAP, Sharepoint and drawing software (AutoCAD, 3D viewer) is a plus;
- You are willing to work according to the presence of the executing contractors (typically 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.). Mutual flexibility is possible.
- You are able to autonomously interpret implementation plans (formwork, reinforcement, workshop drawings) and, if necessary, draw up bills of quantities and smaller competition files yourself;
- You have strong communication and organisational skills, and are also customer- and results-oriented;
- You can deal with time pressure and deadlines, and maintain an overview of your various projects;
