Contracts and Compliance Lead Responsibilities:
  • Review client terms and perform commercial analysis of risks
  • Work with the Group Compliance Manager on client negotiation and terms finalisation
  • Take control of group and all individual company insurances, negotiating renewals in a timely manner
  • Perform quality control of contracts (UK and international) and ensure they are fit for purpose and mitigate risk to Quanta
  • Conduct status determinations in accordance with IR35 regulations
  • Provide support in the preparation and submission of RFI/RFPs/Tenders etc.
  • Act as 1st & 2nd point of contact and/or escalation person in team for candidate and client based compliance enquiries
  • Manage compliance audit processes, implementing new compliance processes
  • Identify compliant, commercially viable business solutions in new geographical locations
  • Assist with legislative changes in the global employment / contract market
  • Be accountable for GDPR and associated activities
About you:
  • Experience in a similar position within an international recruitment business
  • Knowledge of working with LTD company workers, freelancers and Umbrella Company workers
  • Proven history balancing compliance and commercial approaches to business
  • Knowledge of company and contractor insurances
  • Knowledge of global routes to market for professional contractors
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with contractors, clients and colleagues
