Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd is a successful international recruitment consultancy, established in 1992.   Quanta provide specialist Contract and Permanent recruitment services to clients within very specific industry sectors across the EMEA, Americas and APAC regions.  We employ +70 staff and have 3 offices:

• Headquarters based in Berkhamsted, UK
• Dublin, Ireland
• Boston, USA

Quanta’s Contracts & Compliance team provide valuable support to the business to enable the company to remain compliant with global legislation and company requirements.

The Contracts Executive role will enable you to gain global contracts & compliance experience and exposure.  We Work across 30 different countries worldwide and partner some of the world's leading Life Sciences, Renewable Energy and ICT companies.

No two days within the Contract & Compliance team are the same, the Contracts Executive will interact at all levels across the business, including regular interaction with our Commercial Manager, Compliance Executive, Business Support team, and the Sales Team.  You will have the opportunity to deal directly with our external suppliers, contractors and clients, in order to ensure that contracts to all external business parties are created in compliance with Company policy and guidelines. 

To enable you to deliver this critical role you will receive continuous training, development and support from the Contracts & Compliance / Commercial team as well as our dedicated staff development coaches. Our team have structured, clear and achievable career development plans to allow growth and progression within the role.

We are looking for;

• At least 12 months experience in a contracts function for a recruitment business
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Efficient and well organised and have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Competent knowledge of Excel and Word
