Contracts Manager – Energy from Waste – 12 Month Contract (Extensions possible) – Scotland

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for your next long-term contract? Quanta have the role for you!

Our client, an international leader in the traditional and renewable power plant industry, is recruiting for a v to join their project based in Ayrshire, Scotland. With over forty years of experience realising energy solutions and minimising environmental impact, our client is stepping up their global footprint meaning that now is an exciting time to join.

Contracts Manager Responsibilities:          
  • Manage the subcontracts daily routine at site, particularly subcontractor’s claims / V.O. / payment
  • Deal with progress and timeline and will be discussing the relevant contractual aspects with all subcontractors at Site.
  • Work together with the Site Quantity Surveyor and Planner and with specific “Package Engineers” that will follow the technical aspects, the documentations, the programme and in general the progress of the subcontract works
  • Manage the formalization of subcontractor’s progress reports (in our formats), Payment Certificates, VO, and Claims.
