Contracts Manager - Scotland - Energy From Waste - 12-Month Contract

Within their modern infrastructure, our client takes an interest in personal development and gives the opportunity to gain insight into various technical disciplines.


Responsibilities: 
  • Managing the delivery of civils Package of works in a safe and timely manner
  • Compiling work packages for subcontractors and appointing selected subcontractors
  • Ensuring the subcontractors adhere to contract requirements
  • Managing and mitigating potential risks
  • Working with planners to develop working programmes
  • Host meetings and liaise with the client to achieve sign-off and handover for milestone objectives

Experience needed:
  • Experience across Energy from Waste of similar projects preferred
  • Subcontracting Site Management
  • Civil Works contractual management involvement
