C&Q Scheduler – Pharmaceuticals – Ireland - Contract

Do you want to work with an exciting company who are an established market leader within their niche field? We have a fantastic opportunity for a C&Q Scheduler to work on an exciting CapEx project in Ireland on an initial 12 month contract.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this C&Q Scheduler role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Support the project team and stakeholders on managing schedules for a successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with project team/trades on scope and create detailed/micro schedules to forecast and prioritise near term actions in accordance with the overall plan.
  • Determine reasonable schedule logic and constraints based on discussion with task owners and/or teams.
  • Evaluate critical and near critical path activity sequences. Coordinate and facilitate review sessions with all stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation & maintenance of earned value progress measurement for the C&Q project phase.
  • Identify schedule gaps, changes and trends that will enhance the team’s ability to control the project.
  • Resource Load and Level critical schedule phases for realistic timeline analysis.

Desirable Experience:
  • Pharma experience essential and Bio-Pharma experience advantageous.
  • An understanding of typical C&Q sequencing and logic.
  • The ability to critique and challenge schedules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Office applications.
