Engineering Data Admin - Pharmaceuticals - 12-Month Contract

Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company manufacturing plasma-derived, and recombination therapeutic products, who in turn deliver high-quality medicines that treat people with rare and serious diseases, and we are now searching on an exclusive basis with the client to appoint an Engineering Data Admin to join their busy and rewarding team on a contractual basis for a period of 12 months.


Responsibilities: 
  • Under general direction, provides administrative, data entry and support services to the Engineering CMMS team.
  • Performs administrative tasks in support of a functional area such as Sales, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory etc.
  • Coordinates projects, tracks progress and identifies and resolves issues.
  • May provide lead technical support by performing analysis, testing and maintenance of tools, equipment and systems.
  • Remain knowledge of business unit policies.

Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training
  • 2+ years' administrative support/relevant functional experience
  • Experience in a regulated industry (Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products, etc.) preferable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
