We're representing a top-tier global pharmaceutical company who utilise various external manufacturing partners across Europe.
With significant capacity expansion projects underway, our client seeks a highly experienced Program Lead to support the relationships between client and external manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with the external manufacturing partners, build trust to create a transparent relationship to allow realistic project deadlines to be achieved.
- Act as a Senior External Manufacturing Program Lead, review the commitments from both parties and contract obligations.
- Report on project progress, drive their schedules to meet timelines and spot/highlight challenges that could impact the schedules being achieved.
- Visit the external manufacturing sites regularly.
- 10 – 15 years of experience either has a senior QS or senior capital project management on large scale capital projects
- Strong understanding of full-project lifecycle
- Contract/commercial management
- Negotiating with external partners
- Beneficial to have worked for or closely with external manufacturing partners
