Head of Projects, Gobal Pharmaceutical Client, USA

Consultant opportunity for a Project Director or Head of Projects to run a global portfolio of Drug product projects for a major pharmaceutical client.

You will provide global program and project management and matrixed leadership to global, cross-functional, cross-divisional teams to drive development and deliver results in early to late-phase pipeline or capital projects.

Experience required:
  • Previous global project responsibility
  • Ideally for a Fill-finish plant for Pre-filled syringes (PFS); Aseptic filling, Medical Device Assembly & Packaging of Biological Drug Products (Biopharmaceuticals, Biosimilars)
  • 10+ years of experience in a highly regulated pharmaceutical/Biotech environment, that ranges from Bulk manufacturing (Upstream and Downstream processes) to Fill and Finish manufacturing (Aseptic Filling and Packaging),
  • Provided strong leadership to cross-functional and cross-divisional teams
  • Proven track record for improving manufacturing processes, meeting customer satisfaction requirements, reducing costs, and maintaining high quality standards within regulated industries.
  • Excellent communicator focused on motivating people towards meeting established goals and objectives.
