Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customs Broker Management Project (broker discussions, negotiations, …)
• Automatization/Digitalization – think about automating manual processes and manual workload + make proposals
• Master data management exercise;
• Support and input new entities, new flows, new projects, new products
• Regulatory follow-up (incl reading session);
• License management (incl. review, reporting, adapting licenses, BTI reviews, …)
• Connect Government Affairs
• AEO re-mediation/re-assessment: manage and support projects: AEO integration BU’s, internal AEO audit plan, export declaration process, …
• Support UBM – new license application OPR
• Support USMB: excise WHS, AEO re-assessment
• Ad-hoc questions stakeholders
• Stakeholder and change management
• Support operational team in Hoboken

Required skills

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Communications skills and negotiations skills;
• Working in a fast environment
• Experience working as a junior Customs Compliance Manager
