Operations Documentation Specialist – Dublin – 11-month contract

This is a truly exciting project, which when complete will contribute to the manufacturing of a life changing treatment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this Operations Documentation Specilaist role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• As the Operations Documentation Specialist you will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient management of documents including access and revision control.
• The Operations Documentation Specialist will drive the Documentation Life Cycle System to ensure documents are approved in as per Scheduling requirements.
• You will manage the creation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions as required.
• You will ensure compliance with all regulatory GMP, Safety and Environmental requirements.

Desirable Experience:

• As the Operations Documentation Specialist you will be qualified to degree level within Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology.
• You will have gained experience working within a Pharmaceutical GMP regulated industry
• The Operations Documentation Specialist will have gained strong experience with GMP Documentation Management Systems.
