PMO Lead – Denmark – 12-Months

Our client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is recruiting for a PMO Lead to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming Nordic location, this on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.

As a PMO Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of PMO Lead activities on a complex drug manufacturing extension project.

Responsibilities

Set the direction for the PMO Work Package in close director with the project director for the expansion facility.
Lead and facilitate the PMO Work Package team member’s (3 PMO consultants)
Act as trusted advisor to the Project Director for the facility.
Support project director in decision making and strategy execution.

Key Skills

Solid experience working with PMO.
Experience working with large scale Capex projects.
Experience leading and setting the director for a PMO teams.
Understand the “business” and know who to create effective results.
Self-driven and takes initiative – knows what to do, to “get the job done”.
Works and think strategic and knows how to put things into action.
Works structured and doesn’t mind working in an ever-changing environment.
Empathic and knows how to create strong relationship with different kind of people.
