Our client, a globally renowned biotechnology organisation, and voted one of the top 10 best companies to work for in Ireland, is looking to recruit a PMO Lead to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure and manage effective business governance processes to support the day-to-day business performance.
- Ensure site strategy, objectives, and key projects in the portfolio (including updates) are clearly communicated across to the organisation.
- Ensure processes are aligned with Global Planning and Supply (GPS) PMO standards and integrated with other relevant site and GPS business process.
- Ensure all executed projects and programs are aligned with the site strategic plan and adhere to all of the defined processes and meet the required standards for planning and execution.
- Develop integrated, detailed plans for executing the PMO portfolio, including capture and prioritisation of programs, assigning of resources and setting of key milestones.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Sciences, Engineering or Business administration is required.
- A qualification in project and program management is required.
- Extensive leadership experience in project /program management.
