Process Engineer – Biotech – 24 Month Contract – Cork

With more than 4,000 employees, 300 million units per year and a lot of innovative medicines in the pipeline - no wonder our client is one of the largest production units in the world! And this is your chance to be their newest Process Engineer.

This client produces, packs and distributes in a high-tech environment, drug substance and drug product medicines and more than 1 million injectable medicines are produced, packaged and distributed every day. This is a long-term contract located at their Cork site.

Process Engineer Responsibilities:

Support process design, installation, commissioning and start up of Solvent Recovery System as well as other process equipment.
Provide updates to Process Lead and Project Lead
Manage schedule and costs
Collaborate with vendors in identifying process and equipment improvements
Ensure GMP compliance

About you:

Solvent recovery system experience (through process design, installation, commissioning and start up)
5-10 years’ pharmaceutical / GMP industry experience
Capital project design, construction and commissioning experience
Experience in delivering major projects >20MM.
Experience working in large teams.
