Our client, a global Pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented Process Engineer to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.
Primary Skills / Experience
- 2-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Perform system walk downs against P&IDs (redline any discrepancies)
- Review hygienic weld documentation
- Review vendor turnover package documentation
- Generate project change controls (PCC) and drive them to closure
- Monitor system punch list and drive punches to closure
- Generate preventive maintenance (PM) plans based on existing PM plans at sister site
- Identify spare parts based on vendor documentation
- Support commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) team activities (reviewing protocols, reviewing SOPs, contacting vendors for information, equipment troubleshooting, etc.)
- Generate list of all system component IDs for upload to central equipment maintenance
- Maintain project highlighted CIP flow path diagrams and CIP circuit list
- Participate in software design reviews to verify valve states match highlighted CIP flow path diagrams
- Manage project washer and autoclave parts list and supporting part information (drawings, etc.)
Desired (but not required) Skills
- CIP circuit shakedown and tuning experience
- General knowledge of DeltaV automation structure (S88 model)
- Parts washer shakedown and cycle development experience
- Autoclave shakedown and cycle development experience
