Project Administrator - Life Science- Contract 4 years – Germany

Do you want to be involved with exciting Pharmaceutical projects?

When it comes to the development and production of veterinary vaccines, our pharmaceutical client has the largest centre in the industry worldwide and is a Centre of Excellence; employing more than 1000 people. They are looking to add to their team and require a Project Administrator.

Project Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support to Senior Management & Project team
  • Office Management (managing facilities/ office equipment/supplies/ desk seating plan)
  • Preparation of agenda’s, reports, presentations & minute taking
  • Maintaing project distribution lists & Org Charts
  • Management of meeting room & catering requirements (on/off site)
  • Coordination of Executive site visits & onsite/off site team events
  • Coordination of site access and scheduliung of site induction
  • Onboarding/offboarding staff
  • Assisting in collation of Monthly Project Newsletters & Reports
  • Set up & Maintain SharePoints
  • Act as the point of contact for project team member
  • Process expenses reports for senior project management
  • General ad hoc project administration tasks
About you:
  • Proven experience in a Project Support / Project Coordinator role
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Sharepoint) essential
  • Experience In dealing with multiple vendors and other key clients
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, relationship building skills with a strong can do approach to all tasks
  • Must be able to work unsupervised and off own initiative and as part of a team
