Projektplaner - Biotechnologie - Stuttgart - 3-Jahres-Vertrag

Quanta unterstützt ein großes Kapitalinvestitionsprojekt in Deutschland.

Unser globaler Biotechnologie-Kunde baut derzeit sein Team für neue Kapitalprojekte auf und benötigt einen Projektplaner mit Erfahrung im Bau von Greenfield- oder Brownfield-Anlagen, um die Projekte zu unterstützen.

Wir sind daran interessiert mit erfahrenen Projektplanern zu sprechen, die auf der Suche nach einem langfristigen Vertrag sind.

Die Hauptverantwortlichkeiten beinhalten:
  • Überwachung des aktuellen Projektportfolios, um sicherzustellen, dass Zeitpläne und Zeitvorgaben eingehalten werden.
  • Bereitstellung von Projektplanungsunterstützung für das Projektteam.
  • Verwaltung der Projektzeitpläne gemäß der Projektstruktur und Sicherstellung, dass die Projektzeitpläne erstellt werden.
  • Sicherstellung, dass Projektpläne regelmäßig aktualisiert werden und einen gewissen Grad an Sicherheit bieten, um eine effektive Überwachung, Prognose und Kontrolle zu ermöglichen.
  • Sicherstellung, dass Projektzeitpläne dem Änderungskontrollprozess entsprechen, hinsichtlich Verbindung, Kommunikation und Berechnung von Änderungshinweisen und Änderungsaufträgen.
  • Gewährleistung, dass die Standardanforderungen der Projektplanung sowohl von Auftragnehmern als auch von Subunternehmern in die Projektsysteme aufgenommen und verstanden werden.
  • Erstellung von Planungsberichten zur Eingabe in den monatlichen Berichtsprozess.
Anforderungen:
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Planung von großen CAPEX-Projekten (z. B. in der pharmazeutischen oder biopharmazeutischen Industrie) in multidisziplinären Teams.
  • Planungsverantwortung im gesamten Lebenszyklus, von der detaillierten Konstruktion bis zur Übergabe.
  • Umfangreiches Wissen über die Software-Tools P6 und MS Project.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Pharma/Biotechnologie bei der Unterstützung von Kapitalprojekten.
